Warrior of Christ

Blessed with each new day

No question what we'll wear

We choose the Armor of God

For war we must prepare

Evil will attack

With temptation and more lies

We'll come against the wickedness

The serpents in disguise

Protect our souls ~ Unite together

Great Warriors of Christ

We choose our wardrobe wisely

Praying with all our might

Swear by the Belt of Truth

We'll always know what's right

Secure the Breastplate of Righteousness

For confidence while we fight

The Gospel of Peace strapped to our feet

Standing firmly on the ground

Wielding our Shields of Faith

To cast the darts of fire down

Wear our Helmets of Salvation

To proudly glorify His name

Armed with the Sword of the Spirit

God's Word will quench the flames

We're armed in Christ ~ Dressed for battle

In bondage we'll not stay

The Holy Spirit fills our hearts

We'll march and lead the way!
